Dr. Tsai is proficient in Mandarin and basic Spanish. Her special clinical interests include geriatrics and opioid dependence office-based treatment.
Dr. Elizabeth Tsai is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has had extensive medical experience first, earning her Master of Science in Epidemiology from Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, MA. She then earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Stratford, NJ. Dr. Tsai completed her Family Medicine Residency at Rutgers – Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. While earning her doctorate, Dr. Tsai practiced at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. She was selected to attend and participate in Summer programs such as RPS/Hartford/American Federation for Aging Research Medical Student Geriatric Scholars Program, Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she conducted aging-related research under experts in the field as well as Summer Institute in Geriatric Medicine at Boston University Medical Center. Once she completed her residency she practiced as a family physician at Wayne Medical Care, PA in Wayne, NJ. Most recently, Dr. Tsai worked as a family physician at Manet Community Health Center, Inc in North Quincy, MA, providing outpatient primary care. Dr. Tsai is proficient in Mandarin and basic Spanish. Dr. Tsai has a special clinical interest in geriatrics.
